I know many people who would challenge that there are limits to how much time you can spend on the golf course. Still, the point of this Esquire article is that the current retirement system, from "retirement-age" to societal norms are antiquated structures from another time. Interestingly, the article cites that when the Social Security Act was signed in 1935, life expectancy for both men and women was less than sixty-five.
